The Brief
CityTours.app is a “living guide” to the Kathmandu Valley — curated experiences, weekly events, and restaurant picks, all bookable in one place. Unlike a typical marketing site, this one needed real product features: search by date and location, browsable experience listings with pricing, and a booking flow.
What I Worked On
Frontend build-out as part of the KtmBees team on a Next.js codebase — this is the most product-like (as opposed to purely marketing) site I’ve worked on at the agency, with real interaction design: search and filter UI, listing cards with live pricing and availability, and category sections (What’s On, Eat & Drink, Most Booked).
Reflection
This is the closest thing to a “real app” in my frontend portfolio so far — it’s not just a page, it’s a small piece of product with search, filtering, and booking, which is exactly the kind of interactive, data-driven interface work I want to keep doing more of.
