The Brief

KtmBees is a software development agency offering everything from web and mobile development to AI/data consulting. The site needed to do a lot of jobs at once: establish credibility with prospective clients, showcase a wide range of past work across very different industries (education, tourism, logistics, aviation, and more), and make it easy for a visitor to go from “browsing” to “let’s talk.”

What I Built

  • A Next.js frontend with an animated hero section and a component-driven layout, built to stay fast despite a fairly content-heavy site
  • A categorized, filterable portfolio section so visitors can browse past work by industry instead of scrolling one long list
  • Responsive layouts across marketing pages (services, about, portfolio, contact) built to hold up on mobile, where a large share of the agency’s traffic actually lands
  • Integrated analytics (Microsoft Clarity) so the team can see how visitors actually move through the site, not just guess

Reflection

This is a straightforward marketing site, not a data project — but it’s representative of the kind of frontend work I’ve spent the last two years doing: shipping real, client-facing products end to end, not just prototypes. It’s also part of why the pivot toward data makes sense to me: I was consistently more curious about how visitors actually used pages like the portfolio filter than about styling them.
